With over a decade of experience in the BPO industry, I served as a trainer in a major BPO organization, where I was responsible for onboarding new employees and coaching them to become skilled, results-driven sales agents. This role laid the foundation for my expertise in sales psychology, performance training, and process-driven execution.
I later left the corporate world and transitioned into the real estate industry by joining a six-figure lead generation company as an appointment setter. It was there that I mastered cold calling and sales—skills that became the backbone of my real estate career.
After refining my abilities, I worked as a cold caller for a real estate company, gaining hands-on experience speaking directly with property owners. I was later fortunate to be mentored by a successful real estate investor, with over 30 years of industry experience. Under this mentorship, I learned the true power of data-driven strategies in real estate—how the right lists, systems, and execution consistently lead to profitable deals.
What began as a cold calling role quickly evolved into mastering land acquisitions and deal structuring, eventually leading me to previously serve as Vice President of Land Flipping 4 Real Estate Professionals, where I helped investors build scalable systems and close deals consistently.
